At Print My Biz Card, we’re proud to offer fast and reliable shipping exclusively within the United States. As a USA-based business, we do not offer international shipping, and we currently have no plans to do so in the future.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship only within the United States. International orders are not accepted.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders, including both custom designs and those using our premade templates, are processed within 1–2 business days.
If the files or information provided are incomplete, incorrect, or raise formatting issues (e.g., phone numbers with missing digits), our team may reach out to the email you provided.
In such cases, processing may be delayed until we receive a response.
We are not responsible for any incorrect information provided by you, but we will do our best to notify you and work toward a correction.
3. Production & Shipping Time
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days after processing, including production and shipping time.
We offer only one standard shipping option — there is no express or expedited shipping at this time.
4. Bulk Orders
For larger quantities (e.g., selecting a quantity of 10 for a 100-card set = 1,000 cards), processing and shipping timelines remain the same in most cases.
However, very large orders may require additional handling time depending on print volume and quality checks.
5. Shipping Providers
We use trusted and reliable U.S.-based shipping providers to ensure your business cards are delivered safely and on time. Such as:

FedEx
DHL
UPS
The provider is automatically selected based on your delivery location and order size.
6. Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can use this link to follow your order’s journey.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us or email support@printmybizcard.com.
7. Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen issues like courier delays, weather, or address errors can cause delays. We are not responsible for such delays but will assist you in tracking or resolving the issue.
8. Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Orders lost due to incorrect address details will not be refunded.
9. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Provide photos of the package and item so we can review and offer a replacement or resolution.
