1. Our Commitment
At Print My Biz Card, we understand that mistakes can happen — that’s why we offer a 24-hour window for you to cancel your order and request a full refund, no questions asked.
We specialize in high-quality, personalized business cards — whether you upload your own custom design or use one of our pre-made templates.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Within 24 Hours)
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason and request a refund, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
To cancel:

Contact us at support@printmybizcard.com with your order number and subject line “Cancellation Request”, or

Visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form. Choose “Cancel My Order & Request Refund” from the reason dropdown.
3. No Refunds After Production Begins
All of our business card orders are custom-printed based on the information you provide. Once an order has entered the production stage, we are unable to issue refunds, except in cases of errors caused by us.
Please double-check your design files and input information before submitting. We are not responsible for any:

Spelling or contact info errors in the submitted design or form

Wrong details in template submissions (name, phone number, title, etc.)

Low-quality uploaded files
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Our Fault)
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or incorrect order due to our error, we will reprint your order at no extra cost or issue a refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with:

Clear photos of the problem

A brief description of the issue

5. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
