When placing an order, it is your responsibility to provide correct design files and accurate personal/business information. We are not responsible for any misprints or incorrect content resulting from inaccurate data provided by you. For our pre-designed templates, we use the exact information you submit at checkout or via contact.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways. Once payment is confirmed, your order will begin processing.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us at support@printmybizcard.com with your order number and subject line “Cancellation Request,” or visit our Contact Us page and use the form. Orders cannot be canceled after this window due to our custom printing process.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds after 24 hours of order placement, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or misprinted due to our error. For full details, refer to our Refund Policy.

7. Shipping

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of Print My Biz Card or its licensors. Customer-provided designs remain their property and are used strictly for fulfilling the print order.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website. If a product is found to be defective due to our error, our liability is limited to the cost of reprinting or refunding that item.
